If you believe a payment was made in error or a refund is otherwise applicable, contact us with your transaction details and the reason for the request. Each request may be reviewed based on the relevant campaign, service, payment status, and applicable agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

Amounts already used for completed advertising, campaign delivery, validated conversions, or services already provided may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
